We are excited to present our new look website, designed and maintained by Anthony (our inhouse computer expert). We hope you are enjoying navigating around it and would love to receive your comments, including any ideas or suggestions.

This also extents to any more general ideas or suggestions you might have as to how we might improve our service to you, we would be very grateful to receive your thoughts. The best idea will receive £100 of service vouchers towards any future work you might need.

One recent suggestion was the “Introduce a Friend” scheme. If you have a friend or colleague who hasn’t been to the garage before and you recommend them, we will give them a 10% labour discount off any work and give you the same off your next job.

Just a couple of funny incidents since the last newsletter. A customer came the other week and asked for a 7IO top for his Volvo. We were all puzzled as to what he meant until he finally realised what he had done. If you haven’t already guessed what it was, the answer is at the bottom of the letter.

We always ask customers to write down anything they want us to look at when their vehicle is in for servicing but I was taken aback recently when I was asked to look at the climax control in a BMW! (I think it should have been the Climate Control).
