Fantastic customer service from the team at Crane Bank, as always. I have been a customer for many years and am always delighted by the professionalism, quality, attention to detail and good old-fashioned honesty demonstrated by the team. We have used Crane Bank for years - completely trustworthy and an excellent service. I have just had a service and MOT done and it was very good to see COVID safe procedures in place. - Particularly happy to see a checklist in the car to show that it had been sanitised properly before returning to me.

Visited today having booked my Mot slot via their website. Was greeted with a very warm welcome by the gentleman on reception who talked me through the process. I received a phonecall an hr later to inform me of a couple of things that needed going to pass and they were done there and then. Great service, friendly and warm staff. Can't recommend enough. Thank you!

New review 17 November 2020. Yesterday had Oil and Antifreeze change done, plus some work on the battery. As usual, excellent job, nothing too much trouble, I never have any misgivings about leaving my car with Crane Bank, which cannot be said for some garages. When I collected my vehicle it had been thoroughly cleaned, all jobs done, and I was kept informed about collection time, which was spot on. Will bne back there in December for Brake Fluid change. Very friendly and personal service, were able to fit me in at last minute for an MOT on my Range Rover Sport which has only been into main dealers previously. There was a wheel nut missing which was an MOT fail, and the guys at Crane Bank went out of their way to go to the main dealer and collect a replacement so that it could be retested and passed within a couple of hours, instead of leaving me with the issue to resolve. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with a smaller business on a much more personal level than when I've previously dealt with main dealers and felt just like a source of cash!
Booked in to have a full service next week at less than half the cost of the main dealer, and having spoken to John I actually feel like the service and attention to detail here will be far greater than the big boys, really impressed.

100% brilliant garage. Highly recommend it. We’ve used Crane Bank garage since it was on Crane Bank and they’ve never failed to be professional, friendly, excellent value and reliable.
